Umm the most important companion ever and no figure for her , what is the issue

The errata blabs on about not having rights to big finish etc but that is nothing to do with the BBC if they can release harry, Romana 1 & 2 and the 4th doctor then why not Sarah ?

I’m going to guess….one issue could be GDPR and the ownership of your own image. Without explicite permission (which I agin guess will now be part of contracts for actors) no one can use your image for any reason.

So whilst legacy stuff like comics from before GDPR went to law (about 2 years ago remember) may will be able to continue using it… I’ve not had to look at legacy impact of GDPR only current /furture capture of data

The actress who played Sarah Jane is sadly deceased. Not sure who that affects copyright etc.
