Grim Dice Tabletop Gaming

Grim Dice is the only independent tabletop gaming shop in Grimsby and the surrounding areas. Run by Stu and Dom, experienced gamers and hobbyists, it offers a range of systems that suit everyone’s needs – from beginners through to competitive players. Grim Dice has a special focus on Warlord Games’s products as both Stu and Dom play them very regularly. They’re open now so head on down to see them!

Grim Dice focusses on tabletop wargaming, collectable card games and modern board games. You can pick up your gaming needs from either the stall in the market or in the online store especially Warlord Games’ products. Grim Dice has a strong social media presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram where gamers can keep up to date on new releases, watch videos about products and, in the near future, catch up on videos of gaming. There is also a dedicated website where you can check out even more articles, events and much more.

Grim Dice offer a range of services to local gamers including space to play, build models and paint them. Stu and Dom can offer advice and support around painting and building terrain and models as well as offering a charged commission painting service for your models and figures.

The store’s aim is to promote social gaming in the local area so that people of all areas and ages can get together, play Warlord’s games and others too. We have space to come along and game and in the near future, we will be offering a whole range of intro games from Bolt Action, Gates of Antares, Test of Honour, Strontium Dog to many more from Warlord and others.

There will also be the opportunity to pop along and see Stu and Dom ask about new games or ones you haven’t tried before – they will be able to run you through short introduction games on some of these for no cost.

So if you fancy checking out the latest Warlord releases, recreating historical battles with Pike and Shotte, Black Powder or Hail Caesar, replaying scenes from some of your favourite comics from your youth such as Strontium Dog, exploring the future in Gates of Antares or refighting World War 2 in Bolt Action/Blood Red SKies/Cruel Seas or simply enjoying a great game then pop along and see Stu and Dom at Grim Dice Tabletop Gaming in Top Town Market in Grimsby.
