This is one of the classic “Big Cats” of the panzer forces. The Panther entered service in 1943 taking a lead role in the huge armoured clash at Kursk in Russia. Its long 75mm high velocity gun and thick sloped armour coupled with a good speed made the Panther a much feared enemy.
This is the later version of the tank, bizarrely the marques did not follow alphabetical order. Changes on the original Panther include a redesigned hull machine gun and a commanders cupola.
