As you will have noticed we’ve made some significant changes to our website and webstore. There are loads of new features and there is plenty more we plan to add in the coming weeks and months – this is very much the first stage in our plan to give you a more responsive and more intuitive site packed with loads of great content.
A Few Problems!
As we announced a few weeks ago, we’ve been busy working in the background to redesign and upgrade our website. Unfortunately, as we started to make the changes it became clear that there was a serious problem and we were forced to close the site down (as many of you will have discovered over the last few days!). Sorry for the downtime – the best laid plans of mice and men and all that…
Rest assured, any orders you’ve already placed will be shipped out as normal.
A New System
After looking at the problem we made the decision to switch to a brand new system for our store, which is faster, packed with great features like quick shop buttons, photo zoom and a smoother checkout process!
Note that you’ll need to create a new account with a new password when you next make an order.
If you are having any issues with seeing the new style site/features please clear your browser’s cache – that should take care of most issues. If not then we are only an email away – please contact us at info@warlordgames.com.
Over the coming weeks we’ll be adding more useful features, including a system to check the status of your orders. For now the store prices are just in UK Pounds (GBP) – we’ll be addressing US Dollar sales as soon as possible.
We know there are a few things that aren’t quite set up right just yet, and we’re working on it as fast as we can, so please bear with us – you’ll love what is in the pipeline!
