We’ve managed to get our hands on a few of these excellent plastic LCM3 landing craft – the perfect thing for those amphibious assaults. Capable of taking vehicles or scores of troops ashore, the LCM3 provided excellent transport for the armies invading Normandy in 1944, crossing the Rhine in 1945 and other waterborne actions.
