It’s been a long while since we had anything new from Dr Phil Hendry. You’ll recall Phil being an evangelist for Army Painter Dip and having built up sizeable, beautifully painted Warlord Games Roman and Celt armies. Here’s a taster of his latest work along with the inspiration for his work – Angus McBride’s classic artwork from Osprey Publishing.
Made up from the Celtic Chieftain’s chariot and Celtic villagers packs this piece really adds a human element to Phil’s army.
Hopefully it won’t be so long before we see more of Phil’s great work – there’s a nasty rumour going around that he’s starting a Macedonian army…
